How much is the Great British Food Fair?


The virtual expo is free to sign up to for the first 100 applicants until 31 December 2017. The cost of each stand is £35 per month with no contract allowing you to cancel at any time.

How do buyers see my stand?


As we have been working on FoodEx South West for nearly a year now, we have over 100 buyers in our network and we will be inviting them to join the virtual expo. They will be given log in details where they will set up their own profile which includes virtual business cards.  They will then be able to log on from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

How do I set up my stand?


Once you apply to join the Great British Food Fair, we will set up your stand for you and send you login details.  Once you log in, you can edit any part of your stand and in the future if your brand goes through a refresh or you have more marketing materials to display, you can upload these too. There is online support available if you have trouble with any aspect of building your stand.

Are my contact details protected?


The Great British Food Fair is only accessed by those who have applied for log in details; other food and drink producers, sponsors of the expo and buyers who have been through a screening process. Your contact details are not available to all of these people, but if a buyer is interested they have the option to drop a business card off at your stand and you can use the details to contact them. This means you will not be inundated with messages from unsolicited sources.
